A new laundromat and laundry service that bills itself as “upscale” will be launching soon in Ashburn. It’s called Purple Hamper and its the first location for this new concept.
Purple Hamper is taking a roughly 1,300 s.f. space in the Broadlands Village Center at Broadlands Boulevard and Claiborne Parkway.
The space was previously the home to Jimmy Potter’s, a pottery studio.
“Hey Ashburn residents! Something super exciting is coming your way soon,” the laundromat brand posted to social media. “Purple Hamper, the upscale laundry service that will revolutionize your laundry experience, is opening its doors in Ashburn!”
We are told that Purple Hamper will have high capacity machines to use at the laundromat, and they will also offer a wash, fold, and delivery service for laundry too.
No word yet on when Purple Hamper hopes to open. We’ve got messages in for more details.
