Little Beast Bistro — a pizza joint in Reston known for its Detroit-style pizzas — has announced that it will close the location permanently next week.
The final day in business is scheduled for Saturday, December 23.
Little Beast opened in September 2021 in the RTC West retail center off Sunset Hills Road. That’s the same center with the Cooper’s Hawk restaurant, Tiki Thai, and other restaurants.
The Little Beast space also is home to a Red Velvet Cupcakery location. The cupcake shop will be closing as well.
There is another joint Little Beast/Red Velvet location in DC on Connecticut Avenue NW. That location is staying open.
As far as the 3,300 s.f. space being vacated at RTC West — the Little Beast team says the landlord already has another restaurant tenant signed up.
No official name or brand for that restaurant has been announced, but we’re told pizzas may be on the menu once again. Stay tuned.
