The bakery, soup, and sandwich vendor Panera Bread has signed a lease for a new location in Reston. It will be part of the huge Halley Rise development going up just off of 267.
According to the landlord, Panera will be taking a 3,500 s.f. corner unit just across the street from the new Wegmans grocery store that opened last February.
That’s in the section of the development known as The Arbor at Halley Rise, near the intersection of Reston Parkway and Sunrise Valley Drive.
Hally Rise is a massive new project that will ultimately feature extensive retail, residential, and office space in a series of adjacent buildings.
