Cha Street Food is ready to roll in Sterling. The buzzy new fast-casual restaurant has announced its grand opening will be this coming Friday, February 16 — and The Burn has your first look inside.
Basket style lamps and bare light bulbs hang from the ceiling, colorful chairs populate the dining room, and a long counter with a digital menu board lines the back of the space.
Cha is coming to the retail center sometimes called the Dulles Eastern Plaza. That’s the same center with the new Marshalls store, the Best Buy, the World Market, and many other retailers.
It’s located near the intersection of Nokes Bouelvard and Atlantic Boulevard, near the Dulles Town Center shopping mall.
The grand opening will start this coming Friday at 6 p.m. The first customers will receive a $20 Cha Street Food gift card.
Cha specializes in Pakistani street food — dishes like a Hot Zinger Chicken sandwich, a Shammi Kabab bowl, and — for the carbohydrate lover — an Alou Paratha, which is a flaky fried bread stuffed with spiced mashed potatoes.
They also have samosa appetizers, spicy mayo fries, and other accompanying dishes and drinks. You can check out the full Cha Street Food menu below.
