Just an update on some signs of progress at the future Muse Paintbar at One Loudoun in Ashburn. Temporary signage is up on the windows, work is underway inside, and they are touting a Spring 2024 opening.
Muse Paintbar is an upscale “paint and sip” studio where friends and family can gather together for group painting instruction while enjoying beverages and light bites.
The company has more than 20 locations stretching from Virginia up to Maine. There are several here in the greater DC area and the brand has been looking at One Loudoun since way back in 2017.
Last year, things seemed to get serious with a signed lease for a nearly 2,300 s.f. space on the backside of the building where the Sense of Thai St. restaurant is located.
Now, the big window clings are up and promoting the future location. The building permits and sign permits were issued last year, so things are definitely well underway.
Still, we don’t have any official information on when Muse might actually open beyond the target of this spring. The company website just says “Coming Soon” and a rep at the customer service line for Muse said she didn’t have any updates yet.
