It may be a small step in a big process, but the first signage (of sorts) has gone up at The Container Store location coming to Loudoun.
No, it’s not a big illuminated sign on the facade — not yet at least. But awnings that read The Container Store have been installed along the space in Ashburn’s One Loudoun center.
The popular home storage chain is opening its first location in Loudoun in the roughly 17,000 s.f. space that used to be the Great Gatherings store. That’s right across the street from the Barnes & Noble bookstore.
Still no word on when The Container Store will open. Construction started late last year and has been underway ever since.
We reached out to the corporate HQ for more information, but haven’t gotten a response. The last word we had on a potential opening was sometime in the middle of 2024.
