An interesting new wellness center is in the works for Loudoun County — one that features cold plunges, saunas, and breathing exercises.
It’s called MINDZERO (they seem to prefer all caps) and it is reportedly coming to the Village at Leesburg lifestyle center off of Route 7.
If you’ve been paying attention to the retail scene, you know that wellness centers are all the rage right now. Loudoun County and the greater Northern Virginia area have dozens of them — offering light therapy, IV treatments, cryotherapy, and much more.
Now, MINDZERO is the latest entry. Here is how the brand’s website describes a session. “MINDZERO brings you a unique, scientifically-proven, multi-sensory experience combining sauna, cold plunge, sound, and breath in a guided 50-minute group session. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each step of the process, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.”
The water in the cold plunge is in the lower 50° range and the sauna hovers between 185° and 200°.
The Leesburg MINDZERO location could be the first one in all of Virginia. Currently, we know there is one MINDZERO wellness center in Myrtle Beach SC and another in the works for Mount Pleasant SC.
