Bourbon Bayou Kitchen in Ashburn unveils debut menu

Bourbon Bayou Kitchen, a new restaurant specializing in Louisiana-inspired cuisine, is just about ready to roll in Ashburn. And The Burn has your first look at the full Bourbon Bayou menu.

The restaurant is opening in the Ashbrook Marketplace shopping center. That’s at the intersection of Ashburn Village Boulevard and Russell Branch Parkway, just south of Route 7. The Burn first broke the news about Bourbon Bayou Kitchen way back in February 2020.

The restaurant will start a soft opening on January 24. And they are hiring for all positions, including servers, bartenders and more. Head over to their careers page link here.

Meanwhile, we’ve got a look at the dishes that await those first lucky diners. Scroll down to see all seven pages of the full menu.

How disappointing. For someone allergic to seafood but loves Creole, I was excited to see Gumbo Yaya. Gumbo Yaya is generally made without seafood/shrimp (hence the ‘yaya’ versus straight Gumbo). Oh well, I’ll save my cravings for my yearly trip down to The Big Easy.
