The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office has announced that a second arrest has been made in the murder of a Brambleton woman in her home last December. The suspect — Furqan Syed of Leesburg — was taken into custody in the Middle East, where he had reportedly fled after the crime.

Syed’s arrest was the second one related to the murder.
