A nationally franchised shop that offers customizable cheese and charcuterie boards and boxes is opening its first Northern Virginia location in Arlington. The brand is called Graze Craze.
The Oklahoma-based company specializes in putting together elegant assortments of gourmet meats and cheeses, along with fresh fruits and vegetables and other accompaniments.
The team member who helps you curate your selection is known as a “grazologist.”
While the concept is more akin to catering — where you order your selection ahead of time for a party or special event — there are also grab-and-go options for a quick meal or snack.
The first Northern Virginia location is scheduled to open sometime “soon” at 1121 19th Street North in North Arlington.
According to the company’s website, there are more than 60 locations open or in the works in 22 states stretching coast to coast. However, there aren’t any other locations listed as coming to the DMV — at least not yet.
