A new ice cream shop is headed to the Reston Town Center and it’s made a name for itself with the unusual ice cream flavors it creates. It’s called Ice Cream Jubilee.
The brand — which has two locations in DC and one in Arlington — is expanding to the corner spot at the intersection of Market Street and Explorer Street in the RTC.
To give you a better idea — that’s on the same block as the new Ruth’s Chris Steak House and across the park from fan favorites such as Bartaco and Barcelona Wine Bar.
Ice Cream Jubilee was started in 2014 and quickly made a name for itself with its unique ice cream flavors.
Examples include Sweet Cream & Honey, Toasted S’mores, Baklava, and Blueberry Pie with actual bits of crunchy pie crust in the ice cream. You can see the current line up of ice cream flavors here.
Ice Cream Jubilee also has a retail ice cream offerings that are available in many stores around the greater DC market.
No word yet on when Ice Cream Jubilee will open in Reston, so stay tuned.
