It looks like Loudoun County may be getting a new location of The Container Store. The national retail chain is reportedly coming to One Loudoun in Ashburn.
That’s based on documents we’ve seen. The one thing we haven’t confirmed — exactly where they are going in the center. But we have an educated guess.
Across the country, the brand says its stores average about 25,000 s.f. with about 19,000 s.f. of that dedicated to the sales floor.
There’s nothing that exact size at One Loudoun, but there is a vacant 17,000 s.f. space where the outdoor furniture store Great Gatherings used to reside. That’s the largest space currently available in the center.
We’re guessing that’s where The Container Store is going to go — but we’ve got messages into the folks at One Loudoun for confirmation.
