Ever since it opened last November, The Human Bean drive-thru coffee shop in Sterling has been known for its beverage line-up and speedy service.
The shop — located on Railcar Drive just east of State Road 28 off West Church Road — serves only via the drive-thru lane or a walk-up counter. No inside dining room.
Now, the Bean has added a food menu to its offerings, including items geared for breakfast as well as other times of the day.
Sandwiches now offered include a Bacon, Gouda Cheese & Egg Ciabatta; a Spicy Sausage, Pepper Jack Cheese & Egg Jalapeño Biscuit; and a Sundried Tomato, Pesto & Mozzarella Croissant.
There are also baked goods including bagels, cookies, scones, muffin tops, and —everyone’s favorite — cake pops. We’re including a photo we snapped of the new menu at the store.
The menu is available now, although a few of the items are still outstanding and will be coming soon.
