A new Mexican-style restaurant is the “taco” the town in Middleburg as it prepares to open its doors this week. The new establishment is called Bluewater Cocina.
Bluewater is coming to 12 South Pendleton Street, just a block off Middleburg’s main John Mosby Highway thoroughfare.
The new restaurant has announced that its official opening will take place at 5 p.m. this Thursday, August 31.
The menu that Bluewater Cocina has shared online looks downright elegant in its simplicity. The restaurants boasts of tacos, tequila and more — and online, it shared a photo of some delicious looking cocktails.
Light bites include chips with various dips such as salsa verde, elote salsa, hatch chili queso, and — of course — guacamole.
Tacos — which are sold individually — include ones with chili rubbed carnitas, Oaxacan braised beef, and charred local vegetables. You can see the Bluewater Cocina menu below.
