What do a Leesburg landscaping company, an Ashburn dentist, and a local synagogue all have in common? It sounds like a riddle, but the punchline is no joke. Each of these businesses was able to claim serious money — tens of thousands of dollars from the IRS — money they might not have even known they were eligible for.
All three — Blake Landscapes, Belmont Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry, and Congregation Sha’are Shalom — worked with a company called The Relief Consultants. It’s a firm that specializes in securing tax credits and government grants for Virginians and others around the country.

According to the firm, in the month of August alone, they helped a pharmacy in Pennsylvania with a $101,000 cash credit, along with $355,000 in checks for a healthcare facility in California, and a $98,000 refund for a private school in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
