Sign goes up at Loudoun’s first Mezeh Mediterranean Grill location

A major sign of progress at the upcoming Mezeh Mediterranean Grilll location in Loudoun County — the sign has gone up over the doorway. It was installed Wednesday.

It’s a milestone many area residents have been waiting ages for — The Burn first broke the news about Mezeh coming back in February 2022.

The Mediterranean cuisine restaurant has taken a 2,600 s.f. space in the Shops at Compass Creek. That’s the retail development next to the new Walmart store in Leesburg.

Other restaurants in the development include a Popeyes, a Chipotle, a Starbucks, a Bruster’s Real Ice Cream, and a Buffalo Wing Factory. The ION International skating center is across the street.

When The Burn passed by Thursday, work crews were moving what appeared to be a large seating banquette in through the front doors.

Mezeh now has more than 50 locations open or in the works up and down the east coast.

The menu at Mezeh focuses on build-your-own bowls. Customers choose their ingredients which can come in a bowl, a pita pocket, or a wrap. You can see the Mezeh menu below.

No official date yet on when Mezeh will open. We’ve reached out to the company’s marketing department for an update, so stay tuned.
