Ashburn Magazine

Teen helps save little boy’s life in Ashburn Magazine cover story

The latest issue of Ashburn Magazine is coming out this week and it’s got a very special cover story. On the day after Thanksgiving, a little boy was trapped under a boulder at a nearby Christmas tree farm. One of the people who rushed to his rescue was a local Ashburn teen.

The story has details no one has heard nor reported in this heart-wrenching and heart-touching article titled “The Miracle at Snickers Gap.”

Other stories in the new issue include a local man who rides a very unique kind of bicycle, a podcaster who talks true crime from the comfort of his Ashburn home, a drone operator who travels the world capturing the view from on high, and — to keep you warm this winter — a selection of soups you can try at Ashburn restaurants.

Many residents in Ashburn will receive Ashburn Magazine in their mailboxes. Otherwise, copies can be found at dozens of easy-to-find locations around the community including the Ashburn Giant grocery stores, the two libraries in Ashburn, the Ashburn Ice House, Blend Coffee Bar, and Barnes & Noble.

Trust us — there’s no other magazine quite like it in Loudoun County. You can see a full list of where to find it here.
