The new Pupatella Neapolitan Pizza restaurant in Chantilly is officially open. That’s per an announcement today from the headquarters of the popular local brand.
The new pizza place is located at 13619 Route 50 Highway. That’s roughly a mile and a half east of State Road 28.
As pizza fans know, Pupatella is a fast-growing brand based here in Northern Virginia. They specialize in Neapolitan style pizzas that are prepared following guidelines set by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, an Italian pizzeria organization.
They have nine locations so far, including Chantilly, and three more in the works. They opened one in Leesburg a year ago — in January 2023.
Pupatella was recently honored by 50 Top Pizza, an Italy-based organization that ranks pizzerias around the world. Pupatella was honored as an “excellent” pizzera on one of the lists the organization curates.
