Brambleton Farmers Market moving to new location this spring

A change is coming to one of the big farmers markets in Loudoun County — by way of a new location. The Burn has learned that the Brambleton Farmers Market — currently held at the Brambleton Town Center — will move to a new spot this spring.

Dan Hine, the founder of EatLoco which runs many of the area’s markets, confirmed the news.

According to Hine, the Brambleton Farmers Market will transition to the Barn at Brambleton beginning Sunday, March 31.

The Barn at Brambleton is the impressive event facility the developers of the Brambleton community opened late last year at the intersection of Evergreen Mills Road and Belmont Ridge Road.

An old dairy barn was completely refurbished and retrofitted into a state-of-the-art community and event space.

“We have outgrown our space at the town center and are grateful to move into the parking lot of such a beautiful facility such as the Barn at Brambleton,” said Hine.

The Barn at Brambleton has extensive parking and open space around it for vendors to set up their tables and kiosks. Hine says this will allow the farmers market — which is held on Sunday mornings — to double the number of vendors who participate.
