Vietnamese restaurant Saigon Bistro headed to Sterling

A new authentic Vietnamese restaurant is headed to Sterling and it’s going by the name Saigon Bistro.

According to the owners, Saigon Bistro is coming to the Sugarland Crossing retail center off Route 7.

That’s the same center with the Burlington Coat Factory and the Lidl grocery store.

The menu is still being finalized, but we’re told diners can expect dishes such as Pho Suon Bo (pho with bone-in short rib), Mien Ga (braised chicken soup with glass noodles), Com Chien Cua (crab fried rice), and Bo Ne (sizzling steak and eggs served with paté).

The Saigon Bistro team is hoping to be open by early May if all goes smoothly.
