Paris Baguette will open in Ashburn next week

Big news for Ashburn area folks as they get ready to welcome Loudoun County’s first Paris Baguette restaurant. It’s coming to the Bram Quarter development in the Brambleton neighborhood.

The Burn has your first look inside the space as the Paris Baguette team is putting the finishing touches on the space.

If all goes as planned, they will open their doors for a “soft opening” starting next Wednesday, April 24. A soft opening is a time where new restaurants make sure their systems work properly and their staff are up to speed. A more official grand opening will be scheduled down the road.

Paris Baguette is an international chain that specializes in French and Asian style pastries and baked goods.

Similar in concept to a Panera, the menu at PB includes sandwiches, salads, fresh baked breads, cakes, cookies, and more. You can see the full menu here.

One fun feature of the Brambleton Paris Baguette is the long mural-like art on the dining room wall. It includes images and references to local landmarks and lore — including the nearby Brambleton barn, our famous Loudoun foxes, the Loudoun United soccer team and more.

As regular readers know, we’ve been following the Brambleton store’s progress since the announcement was first made a year ago.

Bram Quarter is located at the intersection of Loudoun County Parkway and Evergreen Mills Road. It will be the first retail tenant to open in the new commercial development at that corner.

A Nails by Tiffany nail salon is also in the works for the center. Another five retail spaces are awaiting future tenants.
