There used to be a California Tortilla location in Lansdowne, one in the Dulles 28 Centre, one in the Ashburn Village Center and possibly others as well. The brand is based out of Bethesda, Maryland and opened its first store in 1995. California Tortilla still has 44 locations in eight states and DC. A new one is preparing to open in New Jersey.
