The construction crews have been hard at work at the new Santini’s New York Style Deli that’s coming to the Ashburn Eats restaurant plaza on Waxpool Road west of Loudoun County Parkway. A big sign of progress came this week when the actual sign was mounted on the front of the space.
Another interesting feature — Santini’s has installed a garage door style front to the restaurant so that on nice days, it can be opened wide for indoor/outdoor dining.
Santini’s is based in Northern Virginia and currently has six locations — Sterling, Oakton, Reston, Fairfax, Chantilly and McLean. The Sterling location was its first — back in 2003. The Santini’s menu is primarily made up of pizzas, calzones and lots of different subs and sandwiches.
Latest word from company officials is that they hope to have the Ashburn location opened by June.

I like their subs but unsure of this location. Probably cheap rent.
