New Taco Bell reportedly planned for South Riding

The location is on Defender Drive, just a block off Highway 50.

It looks like a new Taco Bell restaurant is planned for South Riding. According to commercial real estate sites, the new fast-food restaurant is coming to the intersection of South Riding Boulevard and Defender Drive.

That location is currently a vacant lot across the street from a Chick-fil-A restaurant and a Home2 Suites hotel. It’s just a block or so off of Highway 50.

The 2,500 s.f. restaurant would include a drive-thru lane. It will be the first Taco Bell in the South Riding area. The closest ones currently appear to be up in Ashburn and down near State Road 28 and Highway 50. The Burn has reached out to brokers involved for more information.

We didn’t forget you. We said the nearest locations to South Riding included the ones in Ashburn — that’s you. 🙂

Hopefully this one doesn’t raise the prices artificially like yours does, the most expensive Taco Bell in Virginia, along with being slow and having overly wet tacos. Can’t get home before the crunchy tacos are soggy!
