The new Playa Bowls restaurant at the Reston Town Center holds its official grand opening this Saturday, November 28. The New Jersey-based brand specializes in acai bowls, along with pitaya bowls, coconut bowls and other healthy treats.
The Burn first broke the news about Playa Bowls back in July. Playa Bowls has gone into the former brb burger restaurant off Democracy Drive near the center’s annual ice skating plaza. It’s the 101st location for the brand which has locations in more than a dozen states as well as Puerto Rico.
The first 50 people in line at the store at noon on Saturday will get prizes such as free bowls and t-shirts. You can see the full Playa Bowls menu here.
