Maisons, a women’s clothing and apparel shop from DC, is opening a new location in One Loudoun. It will be located on Exchange Street, near the City Tap restaurant.
Next door, another new apparel store called Apricot Lane is opening soon as well. The Burn first told you about Apricot Lane back in January.
This block of Exchange Street also includes Scout & Molly’s, a women’s clothing shop, as well as Zakaa, a bridal shop. One common ding against One Loudoun is that it’s heavy on restaurants with not enough shopping options. The two new shops will help with that and the new retail spaces under construction one block north on Exchange are also expected to have additional shopping options when they begin opening.
