It looks like a new Dollar Tree store is headed to a major Sterling shopping center. The discount store is taking over a vacant space in the Potomac Run Plaza off Route 7.
According to documents viewed by The Burn, Dollar Tree will be moving into the 13,000 s.f. corner space vacated by Jo-Ann Fabrics when the store relocated elsewhere in Sterling.
Dollar Tree is a store offering a wide variety of discounted products from groceries to housewares to automotive supplies and books. It’s based in Chesapeake, Virginia.
There are more than 15,000 locations Dollar Tree include several already in Loudoun County. The pre-construction work is just starting, so no word yet on when the store might open.
