It’s opening day for the latest Bruster’s Real Ice Cream shop in Loudoun County. The new store can be found in the Stone Ridge Village Center off Highway 50 in southern Loudoun.

Bruster’s makes fresh ice cream on site each day, and has an ever-changing menu of flavors.
For opening day at the new store — windows went up at noon — there are more than 20 flavors on hand, including Chocolate Raspberry Truffle, Southern Banana Pudding, and Sea Salt Caramel.
Bruster’s also has sorbet, sherbet, and Italian ices on the menu, and there are even vegan options. One intriguing option is something called a Brain Freeze, which mixes Italian ice with Sprite.
This is the third Bruster’s location in Loudoun. The first one opened in the Broadlands in Ashburn back in 2020. Another location opened last May at the Shops at Compass Creek in Leesburg.
