Kiwa Korean Grill unveils new menu prior to opening in Loudoun

A long-awaited new Korean BBQ restaurant has released the first look at its debut menu. We’re talking about Kiwa Korean Grill at the Cascades Overlook center in Sterling.

Kiwa has been in the works for nearly a year. The Burn first reported on it back in May 2022. It took over the former Marumen ramen restaurant spot at Cascades Overlook.

That’s the center near Bartholomew Fair Drive and Benedict Drive that is also home to Chuy’s Tex-Mex and Burton’s Grill & Bar.

The menu at Kiwa features two different options of all-you-can-eat meats — which at a typical Korean BBQ restaurant are then cooked by the customer on grill embedded in the table top. Think of the fondue at The Melting Pot only a grill instead of hot oil.

Meats available will include brisket, bulgogi (marinated beef), pork belly, shoulder steak, chicken, shrimp, and squid.

Sides include kimchi stew, corn cheese, crunchy potato tots, fried dumplings, spicy cold noodle, and beef fried rice. You can see the full Kiwa Korean Grill menu below.

Despite the release of the menu, there’s still no announced date for the restaurant’s opening. We have messages into the folks at Kiwa looking for an update.
