Construction is well underway at the new El Fresco Tex-Mex Grill restaurant coming to Sterling. And now, the sign has been installed over the doorway.
El Fresco is a small, Northern Virginia-based chain with two locations open and two more in the works, including Sterling. We first reported the news back in April.
The local location can be found in a tiny retail center behind the Kohl’s store off Route 7 in Sterling. The exact address is 46580 South Cottage Road.
The menu at El Fresco features everything you would expect at a Tex-Mex joint: tacos, burritos, quesadillas, enchiladas, you name it.
No official opening date has been announced yet. The latest word from the folks at El Fresco headquarters is that they are aiming for a July opening if everything goes smoothly.
