The construction work at the new Five Guys restaurant in Leesburg is moving quickly. And now the signs on the exterior have been installed.
As The Burn first reported back in March, a new location for the burger and shake joint is coming to the Oaklawn development in Leesburg.
That’s near the intersection of Battlefield Parkway SE and Miller Drive SE.
It’s taking over the vacant space in the same building where Dunkin’ Donuts is located. That’s next door to the Chick-fil-A and across the street from the upcoming Sonic Drive-In.
A peek through the window shows the interior is already starting to boast the familiar red and white tiles — the restaurant’s signature colors.
This will be the second Five Guys location in Leesburg. There is another one at the Battlefield Shopping Center on Edwards Ferry Road NE.
The official word from Five Guys HQ is that the new Leesburg location is expected to open in July.
