Beers are brewing at The Dell Food & Brew Hall in Leesburg

Big news over at The Dell Food & Brew Hall, the new brewery, bar, and food hall at the Village at Leesburg: their first five beers are officially in the tanks and underway. They’ll be ready to pour soon.

As regular readers know, The Dell is the new name of the public section of what was previously Chefscape. The Dell incorporates the bar and food court and now they have added a Water’s End Brewery facility to the mix.

Meanwhile, Chefscape is still there, but it is strictly a private commercial kitchen used by many food-based businesses in the area. You can see our previous reports on The Dell here.

Big windows at The Dell show off all the tanks and other brewing equipment that has been installed and a beer club has been launched for hardcore fans.

The first five beers in the tanks include Damn Beer, The Stout, Trip to Tahiti, HopDrop and Don’t Haze Me, Bro. These are flagship brews for Water’s End, which has three other locations scattered around the DMV.

Beer club members at The Dell will be invited to a private launch party on July 11 for the new beers. After the launch, the five brews are expected to be served on tap at The Dell’s bar.
