Back in March, The Burn told you about a health and well-being brand called Serotonin that was looking for its first Loudoun County location. It appears we now know where that location will be.
A Serotonin Center is reportedly in the works for the Dulles 28 Centre.
That’s the center near Waxpool Road and State Road 28 with a Target, a Wegmans, the Cubasi Bistro, an &pizza, and many other businesses.
We’ve learned that Serotonin is interested in a roughly 3,500 s.f. space that used to be a Mattress Firm store.
Serotonin Centers offer a wide variety of treatments meant at helping people feel good and look good.
Services and treatments include hormone treatments, Botox, CoolSculpting, IV therapy, red light therapy, various weight loss treatments, and many others.
The deal is brand new, so too early to say when the center will open. Construction on the space should begin soon.
Regular readers know that there has been a rush of similar type centers coming into the Northern Virginia market.
Loudoun County already has a Nava Health & Vitality location, an iCRYO location, and a Restore Hyper Wellness location.
