The big signage has been installed on the facade of the new Marshall’s department store in Sterling — as its gets ready for its anticipated move next month.
Inside the former Value City Furniture space, everything has been cleared out and given a freshen up as it awaits the arrival of its shelving, fixtures, and merchandise.
As we reported back in February, the Marshall’s store is leaving its longtime location at the Cascades Marketplace shopping center and moving a couple of miles away to the former furniture spot in the Dulles Town Crossing center.
That’s the same center with the Best Buy, World Market, and new Raising Cane’s restaurant.
Employees tell us the last day of the current Marshall’s location is September 15 and the new store is scheduled to open on September 17.
