A new Thai restaurant is reportedly close to opening at the Dulles Town Center shopping mall. It’s called Ruby Thai Kitchen.
Ruby Thai is taking a spot in the food court at the mall in between Charleys Philly Steaks and Signature Burgers Hotdogs & Wings.
The brand appears to be a chain — we find scattered references to other Ruby Thai Kitchen locations at malls around the country — but there doesn’t appear to be any main website or social media presence.
Online, we find mentions of Ruby Thai dishes such as Bang-Bang Chicken, Mango Chicken, and Thai Spicy Chicken. But the precise menu at the Dulles location remains to be seen.
The sign is already up over the kiosk at the DTC and neighboring tenants say they have heard that the new eatery should be opening soon.
