Construction is nearing completion on the new Koyo Ramen restaurant coming to Purcellville. And now we have a look at Koyo’s delicious looking debut menu.
The Burn first reported on Koyo Ramen back in May. It’s coming to a spot at 609 East Main Street, in the Purcellville Shopping Center. The space was previously the Bicycles & Coffee shop.
The new menu includes “signature” ramen dishes such as Spicy Truffle Ramen and Curry Ramen. There are traditional ramen offerings like Shio Ramen and Miso Ramen.
There are also appetizers and a series of meat and rice dishes called “rice sets.” There will also be a bubble tea menu, but that isn’t available to preview yet.
You can see the full food menu from Koyo Ramen below. Keep in mind, it could still be tweaked between now and opening day.
In the meanwhile, we spoke with the folks opening Koyo and they said — if all goes smoothly — they hope to start welcoming guests sometime in November.
