Lovettsville teenager Lillian Hackett is headed to Hollywood. The high school junior is a contestant on this season’s “American Idol” singing reality show.

Lillian is a junior at Woodgrove High School in Purcellville. She’s also garnered quite a following with her soulful voice and her songwriting at venues around Loudoun County and Northern Virginia.

The Burn first told you about Lillian back in February. She auditioned for “Idol” — now in its 22nd season — during their cattle calls in Nashville. The judges are performers Lionel Richie, Katy Perry, and Luke Bryan.

On Sunday night’s show, it was revealed the that judges liked what they heard and gave Lillian a golden ticket on to the next round, which takes place in Hollywood.
