Local Provisions, the popular farm-to-table restaurant in Sterling has expanded its lunch hour schedule and unveiled a new lunch menu to go along with it.
Lo Pro, as the owners call it, is located in the Cascades Marketplace shopping center. That’s at the intersection of Palisade Parkway and Cascades Parkway.
The restaurant opened in early 2023 and initially focused on dinner hours. Those hours expanded over the past year with weekend brunch and lunch hours Thursday through Sunday.
Now, they are open for lunch seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Monday through Thursday, and all day on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
The new lunch menu features several new dishes including a Grilled Spanish Octopus, Parmigiano-Truffle Steak Fries (pictured at top of story), and a Gemelli a la Vodka dish with Calabrian chilies, cream, and parmesan.
