Lark Brewing unveils impressive new facility in Loudoun

A new brewery in Loudoun County is just about ready to open its doors — and the’ve built a great new facility just 15-20 minutes south of Ashburn.

Lark Brewing Co. is coming to 24205 James Monroe Highway in Aldie. That’s Highway 15 straight south from Leesburg. It’s grand opening is scheduled for Saturday, April 13.

The Burn first told you about plans for a brewery at that location last June and now, those plans have come to fruition.

We got a tour of the facility this week. Guests will find a large indoor taproom with high ceilings and a huge bar, a fireplace, and tons of seating. A mezzanine with more seating sits on the second level.

Outside, there are two separate pavilions — one called “Lost” and one called “Found.” There is also a big lawn and multiple fire pits.

We’ve also gotten our first look at the extensive food menu — it’s a full-blown restaurant, not just bar snacks. And we’ve got the initial Lark Brewing beer line-up too.

Here’s the food menu below:

Meanwhile, here is the lineup of Lark beers:

  • Double Dog Dare — IPA
  • No Dress Code — IPA
  • Goodpuppy Lane — Lager
  • Slow Rollin’ — Wheat Beer
  • Day Dream — Red Ale
  • Bombshell Blonde — Lager
  • On My Way — IPA
  • Helles Yeah! — Lager
  • Out of Office — Pilsner
  • Bitter Strength — Sour
  • Hopes And Dreams — IPA

They will also have wine on tap and from the bottle, seltzer on tap, and wine slushies.

Fun little side story: Each quarter, Lark Brewing will select a local charity to support. A portion of sales of a certain beer will be directed to the charity.

The first quarter, the charity is the Friends of Homeless Animals shelter which is located nearby. The shelter can be found on Goodpuppy Lane, which is the name of one of Lark’s lagers on tap.

Lark Brewery is kid friend and dog friendly.
