A new bookstore, coffee shop, gift store and more is in the works for the heart of downtown Purcellville. The new shop will be called Nest & Nook.
It’s coming to 140 North 21st Street in P’ville, in a spot that was reportedly previously occupied by an appliance store owned by the Nichols family.
Nest & Nook’s Facebook page describes the vision for the store thusly: “The perfect blend of old soul and new charm. One-of-a-kind statement pieces, furniture, decor, and gifts all set in a cozy bookstore café.”
So furniture, decor, books, and coffee. Plus, they are looking for local artisans and crafters to team up with to sell their items in the store as well.
They are also seeking a local coffee purveyor to work with on the café portion of the store.
As far as an opening date — nothing has been announced yet. The latest target they have shared is sometime this spring.
