The popular gourmet grilled cheese restaurant formerly known as Bites Wine & Grilled Cheese Bar has reopened in Loudoun County after a two-year absence.
As The Burn reported back in May, it is now located at 22455 Davis Drive in Sterling and is called Bites Grilled Cheese & Cheesesteaks.
It’s part of the same food facility where Daybreak Bisbuits, Nektar Cocktail Bar, Señor Ramon Taqueria, and a Crooked Run brewery are located.
Bites will share space with Daybreak Biscuits. On weekends, it will be Daybreak in the morning and then transition to Bites in the afternoon.
Bites was originally located in downtown Leesburg, but closed that location in 2021. It’s former space is now occupied by BKD Bagels.
