Loudoun County must really love its pets because there sure are lots of veterinary offices and animal clinics to choose from. A new one has just signed a lease in Ashburn.
Details are still limited, but we understand that the Broadlands Animal Hospital is in the works for the Broadlands Village Center shopping plaza.
That’s the center at the intersection of Broadlands Boulevard and Claiborne Parkway with the LA Fitness, Parallel Wine & Whiskey Bar, Bonefish Grill, and the ALDI grocery store.
Broadlands Animal Hospital is taking a 2,400 s.f. spot near the end with the Los Toltecos Mexican restaurant. The space was formerly occupied by an AllCare urgent care center.
The new animal hospital will be going in right next to another new tenant we recently told you about — the upscale laundromat and laundry service called Purple Hamper.
