The growing Grill Kabob chain here in the DMV has another new restaurant in the works. The latest location is coming to Loudoun County Parkway right near One Loudoun.
The Burn has learned that Grill Kabob will be taking the final available space in the Flagship Commons plaza just north of the LoCo Parkway intersection with Russell Branch Parkway.
That’s the center next door to the Flagship Carwash that also has a Five Guys, The Big Screen Store, the Club Champion golf store, and an upcoming Dunkin’ Donuts that is under construction.
Grill Kabob will be taking a roughly 2,200 s.f. space next to the Dunkin’ space.
There are already 14 Grill Kabob outlets open or in the works across Northern Virginia, Maryland, and the District. There is one here in Loudoun County in the Dulles Town Center mall. Other nearby locations include Herndon and Reston.
Longtime readers may recall that — back in 2020 — Grill Kabob had a deal to go into the Commonwealth Center project — just a couple of blocks from the Flagship location. But then the pandemic hit and that location never came to fruition.
Now they are back and ready to get rolling.
