Sixty Vines set to open next month at Reston Town Center

A new restaurant featuring vineyard-inspired cuisine and 60 wines on tap will be debuting at the Reston Town Center in December. That’s according to an announcement from the Sixty Vines restaurant today.

Sixty Vines has taken over the spot that was the longtime home of the Clyde’s restaurant at the center. It’s reportedly more than 12,000 s.f., including both the indoor dining rooms and bar, as well as outdoor seating.

The restaurant has been in the works for more than a year and construction has been underway for months.

“When stepping through the doors of Sixty Vines, guests can expect to be transported to wine country through a selection of reds, rosés, sparklings, and whites as sourced exclusively from iconic winemakers, along with a variety of cocktails and mocktails,” the announcement reads.

“Highlights (from the menu) include custom charcuterie boards, fresh salads, wood-fired pizzas such as Fig and Prosciutto, Spicy Sausage, and Mushroom and Kale, homemade pasta dishes, and vibrant seafood entrées like Atlantic Salmon and Grilled Swordfish,” it continues.
