Paris Baguette scheduled to open in Herndon next week

The new Paris Baguette restaurant coming to Herndon has announced that they are planning on opening to the public next Thursday, November 30.

The Burn first broke the news back in February about the popular bakery brand coming to the area.

Since then, another location has been announced for Ashburn. That store is currently under construction.

The Herndon location is found in the Arrowbrook Centre, a new mixed use development just south of 267 at Exit 10. Paris Baguette has a large footprint — the new shop will be nearly 4,000 s.f.

There are multiple display cases waiting to be filled with the bakery’s goods. There is also indoor seating as well as outdoor seating in nice weather.

A mural on the back wall is notable for the local scenes depicted on it including a Washington Capitals hockey player, the Shenandoah National Park sign, and the iconic main terminal at Dulles International.

The South Korea-based brand has more than 100 locations around the United States.

It’s menu specializes in baked good like cakes, pastries, and breads, but they also have a line-up of savory baked items, sandwiches, coffees, and teas.

While the official first day is set for next Thursday (barring anything unforeseen), the official grand opening celebration is scheduled for December 15.

Other businesses headed to the Arrowbrook Centre include the Ornery Beer Company Public House, an Asian eatery from restaurateur Peter Chang, and the Hello2India grocery store.
