A new Asian cuisine restaurant focusing on the Japanese noodle dish known as ramen has officially opened in Purcellville.
Koyo Ramen is located in the Purcellville Center retail plaza. That’s at the intersection of East Main Street and North Maple Avenue.
The Burn first told you about Koyo coming to Pville back in May and we gave you a first look at the restaurant’s menu in October.
Now comes word that Koyo quietly opened its doors earlier this week. Koyo is the brainchild of two local business women — both restaurant entrepreneurs.
One of the owners is also the owner the Finn Thai restaurants. There are four locations of Finn Thai in the region, including one right across the street in Purcellville.
