The sign has gone up at Loudoun County’s latest Dunkin’ location and we’re told opening day is imminent.
The new Dunkin’ donut shop is located at the Flagship Commons retail center. That’s off Loudoun County Parkway just south of Route 7. It’s right next to the huge Flagship Car Wash and across the parkway from One Loudoun.
The Burn first reported on the Dunkin’ deal back in April 2022, so its been a long time coming. But the interior is nearly ready and staff members tell us they hope to open in the next few weeks — sometime in early January.
The new shop includes an indoor dining room and a drive-thru lane.
When Dunkin’ opens, there will be just one vacant spot in the center — a 2,200 s.f. space right next to Dunkin’. As we’ve reported, the Grill Kabob chain has signed a lease for that spot.
Other tenants at Flagship Commons include a Five Guys, The Big Screen Store, and a Club Champion golf shop.
