A new restaurant specializing in Vietnamese pho has signed on for a spot in the Lansdowne Town Center. It’s called Pho Bar, but specifics are still scarce.
Pho Bar is taking the spot on Promenade Drive in the center that used to be the Viet Chopsticks restaurant. That’s next to the Town Barbershop and the Lansdowne Animal Hospital. Viet Chopsticks closed in January after a 10-year run.
Pho is a soup dish consisting of broth, rice noodles, herbs, and meat — usually beef, but sometimes other proteins.
We’ve reached out to owner of the upcoming Pho Bar for more details on the concept, the menu and the timeline. We’ll let you know what we find out.
