Rai’s Pour House in Sterling launches new menu

Rai’s Pour House — a popular restaurant and bar in Sterling off Route 7 — is debuting a new menu today that has added a focus on smaller, shareable plates.

Rai’s is located at 21430 Cedar Drive in the Richland Business Center building. It opened to much fanfare back in January of this year.

The menu has some additional some new flavors in its line up of “bar pies” — basically small pizzas. One new one is the Gullenbursti, named after a boar from Norse mythology. It comes topped with pork belly, cup and char pepperoni, pinched sausage, proscuitto, and mozzarella.

They have also added a “Shark Coochie Board” — Rai’s whimsical take on a cheese and charcuterie board. You can see the full new menu at the bottom of this story.

As many readers probably know, Rai’s Pour House is part of the same restaurant group that recently opened the new Rai’s Rendezvous in Ashburn. It debuted in October in the Ashburn Crossroads retail center.

The group also owns and operates Sully’s Pour House in Herndon as well as two Rai’s Pizza locations.
